PRE-OWNED 2015 Logan Coach 20' 811 S/O LQ With Midtack Livestock Trailer LQ!
THIS IS A USED TRAILER-THERE IS SOME WEAR AND TEAR. OVERALL IN GREAT CONDITION.
This 8' wide trailer, has the Logan Galva-Strong galvanized sub frame, smooth silver aluminum on the Living quarters area and .100 thick extruded aluminum stock area. Logan uses 3M bonding tape on the exterior sheets which gives you a clean non riveted surface. The trailer has an aluminum roof and aluminum plank flooring, axle upgrade to 8K axles and upgrade to load range G tires. The LQ has an 11' shortwall with a slide out and the trailer is 7'6" tall. There is an Aluminum hay rack and ladder
The livestock area is tripled wall of course, with stock slats on the head and tail wall. The entire interior of this trailer is coated in the Vortex spray liner. The Vortex liner is not only a protective coating, but it bonds to the walls and helps strengthen it. It also helps absorb the sound, making the ride a lot quieter for reduced stress to animals. The floor of this horse trailer is aluminum plank flooring covered with the vortex spray-on lining which provides a barrier. "Wiz Proof" is what Logan calls it to protect your aluminum floor from urine or water. This is covered with the SureGrip permanent self-draining rubber flooring which replaces the floor mats, providing extra traction and cushion to your animals. This floor is permeable, so it allows water and urine to drain AND no more lugging mats in and out to properly clean the floor!
The trailer has one, stock-style divider 36" off the bulkhead wall, with a rubber hanging mat on the lower half. Also includes an escape door and drop down step in the first stall area for easy access.
This living quarters comes with a large mid -tack! Inside the HD extra wide door, you will find a four tier swing out saddle rack, 35 gallon corner water tank, 24 bridle hooks, and LED dome lights. The door has a brush tray and four tier blanket bar. The tack room is covered from floor to ceiling in the Vortex spray along with carpeted walls under the bridle hooks for great protection to the walls and your tack! There is a walk-through door from the mid-tack to the living quarters.
The living quarters is an 11' short wall with a SLIDE OUT. The interior Platinum Package has the Saddle Stain knotty alder cabinets, a hide-a-screen door, and Allante soft touch walls. Luxurious and spacious! The couch is in the slide out and can fold out to a bed for more sleeping arrangements. There is storage underneath the couch, and cabinets behind and above the couch. Day to night shades cover the windows and the entertainment center has a CD/Radio/DVD player with a control panel, a 26" flat screen TV with swing out arm and a cabinet with storage space.
The kitchen has a recessed 2 burner cook top! When the stove is not is use, simply flip down the lid and double your usable counter space! Want that little extra boost? Logan even includes swing up counter space along the side of the base cabinet for those times you need it. Above the cook top is a 1.4 cubic microwave and 2 large cabinets to store your food, spices, pots, and pans. This kitchen has a large, stainless steel double sink. Across from the sink is a 6 cu ft refrigerator.
The bathroom has a solid wood pocket door that opens to a big neo-angle shower with glass door AND SKYLIGHT, power vent, porcelain toilet and a sink. With the pocket door, the bathroom is always accessible even when the slide-out is pulled in. The space in this trailer does not fall short in the bathroom. There is a large vanity with a medicine cabinet, with a base cabinet. Behind the toilet there is another large wardrobe.
In the gooseneck nose, there is an inner spring queen mattress with the platinum style comforter and pillow shams. There are shirt closets in the nose of the gooseneck and the foot of the bed, skylight roof vent above the bed, and brushed nickel hardware. Comes complete with all the hook ups necessary to add a second TV to the bedroom! Let's not forget how nice that ducted AC will feel when you are trying to sleep on a hot summer night!
Liquid capacities are as follows: 60 Gallon fresh, 40 gallon black and grey tanks. Built in pressure reducer and winterizing kit. The Suburban 6-gallon DSI water heater completes this trailer. Last but not least is the Hydraulic Jack, Dual Batteries, two 20 lb propane tanks, inside/outside speakers, exterior faucet, LP quick connect for propane BBQ, lighted grab handle, LED flood lights and an ELECTRIC awning!
