This 3 Horse Merhow has been kept under roof, hand waxed every year, regularly maintained, used lightly, used more to haul tack than horses, duck tape was placed in the horse area over the mat seems to protect aluminum flooring, mats pulled out as well and washed, horse area inside waxed, inside-the carpet was covered in plastic from day one as well as the rugs, the cabinets are all lined with shelving liners, and refrigerator has heavy clear shelving liner as well.
