This is a 40' -FLOORLENTH & 50' OVERALL - 2019 Sundowner Horse trailer - set up for Miniatures and Shetlands. IT CAN HAUL 12 MINIATURE HORSES OR SHETLANDS.
This trailer is 101" wide. THIS TRAILER IS REGISTERED AS A RECREATIONAL VEHICLE DUE TO THE LQ IN IT. NO PICKUP SMALLER THEN A 3500 WILL PULL THIS.
It has a full sized shower & vanity, and refrigerator - "NO COOKTOP"
It has a big bunk area, with closest storage with a mirror.
There is a 24" walkway in front of the stalls for easy feeding. The stall dividers can be removed to make a box stall for a couple foals or a mare & foal.
It has tons of storage ! It has a mid tack room and shelving above the horse stalls.
It also has an outside water faucet to fill water buckets from the outside instead of having to go into the trailer.
There is a side door that goes into the horse area, and then there is another door that goes from the horse area to the mid tack room.
The mid-tack room also has extra storage as we installed 2 shelves.
It is extremely hard to sell this trailer but I am no longer going to as many shows as what I did; so I think it is time someone else loves and enjoys this trailer as much as what I did.
This trailer has it all, including a kitchen sink. ??
It is in excellent shape and will make someone a tremendously nice trailer.
THE PONY STALLS ARE ALL REMOVABLE, AND WITH THAT BEING SAID, IT WOULD BE AN ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS TOY HAULER !

THIS TRAILER IS PRICED EXTREMELY REASONABLE FOR WHAT IT IS; SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS SPECIAL TRAILER! I had it appraised and it appraised at $125,000, but my asking price is not even close to that as I need to sell it.
