Simple LQ with fold down bunk beds, AC/Heat, 50 gallon on board water tank, and pump, toilet, 16’ awnings on both sides, exterior/interior LED, lights hydraulic jack. Water is plumbed into the stock area with two spigots, and fans in the stock are along with numerous 120 plugs on the trailer and in the stock area. Can easily add an on board generator. Trailer has werm flooring, floating cut gate, curb side ramp, large street side escape door sliding rear gate, tie rails. Tires are in excellent condition, spare is brand new, and has a new battery.
