16' stock with mid-gate, 14' LQ, mid-tack with bunks and HVAC.
Gently used: we pulled to 4 jackpots, and 5 Texas Majors before we decided to not jackpot our daughters Senior year.
We are the original owners, bought new in 2023 through NTS. We loaded it as much as we could for that years model:
Dual 12 jacks, Black package, Truma On-Demand hot water (so Mom and Dad can get a hot shower after the 3 girls get theirs), privacy wall above sofa so Mom and Dad don't have to see the glare of the oldest daughter's phone while Tik-Tok'ing at 2am.We even put a TV in that privacy wall so Mom and Dad can still binge the current Taylor Sheridan show.
We put fold up bunk beds in the tack room so if you need to let the youngest kids fight it out, at least it's a rubber floor and carpeted walls: don't worry though, its heated and air conditioned so when they exhaust themselves, they won't come running back into LQ and disturb your peace.
The generator only has 100hrs on it, the slide out has an awning, and the main awning is lighted and is awesome for drinking a cold beer under... assuming you ever get a moments rest. The blue-tooth stereo has zoned speakers so you can fall asleep in quite inside while you torment your neighbors outside... not that you would ever do that.
We added a ramp at rear after having a steer that just couldn't figure out how to lift his front legs to step into our smaller trailer, even though he had no issue kicking his rears (total jerk).
It does have a saddle rack that goes in the mid-tack (holds 4 saddles) but I don't have any pictures of it.
Dual 40lb propane tanks and it comes with a third 40lb tank to carry as backup.
Don't get fooled by the new trailers that you see here for lower prices: They don't have an on-demand hot water heater, or don't come with a generator, or don't have the extra TV and privacy wall, don't come with a rear ramp or low tie-downs and may not have the fold up bunks with HVAC in tack... This is just as good as new and it will come with all utensils, cookware, plates, cups, and we'll even give you a $400 allowance for the RV queen mattress of your choice (we are keeping ours from Amazon...it is AWESOME).
